Like the title says why bash the help in HTC with the announcement of their own WP8.1 device? Isn't any other device maker in the public eye such as HTC worthy of praise?? With all the talk of not seeing a HIGH-END LUMIA device before yr end, shouldn't we put our support behind HTC. To me I'm glad to see a WP8.1 device with identical specs as the now touted "best" overall smartphone device encompassing from build to software and we're talking latest ANDROID specs. Why jump on the fact that many other device makers don't offer the level of support that Lumia does who cares?? Obviously not the owners of SAMSUNG,HTC,LG or SONY devices as they prance around this globe without worry knowing despite the lack of hardware frequent support, what they currently use is of the now and it does what NOW demands!!!
I'm glad to have HTC onboard as I would now love to see SONY jump on with specs very similar to the Z2 as a waterproof WP8.1 device from SONY I believe wouldn't last a day on the shelves if properly advertised.
