Battery and and questionmark when i start my phone

So i finally decided to switch battery from an old Lumia 920 but now when i start the phone an battery with an questionmark comes up, what does that mean and how do i fix it?

I have read in previous threads but they say that the battery is broken but i know that this battery work! Right now it is on an restart loop with the charger connected.

Oops, it started itself after 2 hours with the charger plugged in.
