Battery charge on 950 / 950XL With .71, looking at changing 925

How long does a charge last on your 950/950XL I need to replace my 925 but heard so many bad things about the build and battery draining.

The battery usage varies with the way you use it and what settings you apply. Some people have reported 2 days while others have reported 1/2 day

General guidelines are signing out of skype and skype video, disabling apps that you don't need to run in background and syncing when on wifi rather than LTE/4G

I know that, but with my 925 and with the exact same configuration and usage the battery life has gotten worse. I always thought it had to do with the phone not being optimized for WP 8.1 and after W10M, but reading blogs and discussions, I'm not sure 950 is the way to go battery-wise I mean.

I came from a 925, and my 950 XL lasts just as long or longer with the same usage as my 925 did. Currently running.164 with minimal hiccups.
Gaming seems to use the battery faster on the 950 XL, but the day to day stuff still lets me get thru a basic work day without having to recharge.
