Battery charge

Surface RT, 32 GB
This happens a day ago. When the tablet is being charged, it will go to 99%, and then it will say "99% available, plug in not charging ".
It used to say "fully charged".
Is this something to be of concern ?

I think you'll find it says that occasionally and at other times it will say 100% fully charged. Just the way charging lithium ion batteries works. Mine seems to do that.

Yes, you are right.
Did a recharge again today and it went to ........100% ( fully Charged ).
