Battery drains fast on my laptop dell n4050

Laptop battery was good, till last week. But now it drains fast. Only 10 min is getting(Before it get 2 to 3 hrs after full charge). I have tried by uninstalling the softwares which is installed last week. But issue remained. I have removed malwares and spywares from my machine in this period. Please help me?
