Battery Drains Quickly after Black Updates!!! any experts..

Dear sir,

Today i given again my mobile Lumia 720 to Nokia care center My job sheet no is :306465550/140320/8/1 again they degraded from Black to Amber and they are saying now its working good but i do not use with amber update, i need black update with good working condition,

And they are saying Black update not released officially is it true? i got update officially and in your website itself announced, First they said your sim card problem now they are saying Black update problem they are wasting my valuable time,

I had the same problem. Bought two Nokia 925's, one for my mother and one for myself. My mothers phone would sip the battery at 2% (Zapi battery) and mine would guzzle at 7.3% on Zappi battery. We had the same apps The only difference between the two was that mine had the O2 branding all over it. I sent it away to get it de-branded, it now sips at 2%.
