Battery issue

Hi! I have my Nokia Lumia 720 for a year ago. He fall down a week ago. After that, my speaker don't working. And one more thing. Battery life is very short. When he is charging, icon shows that, but he need very long time. After 2 hours it only 5% more. But sometimes he charges totaly normal. It's not about charger. Can you tell me what's wrong?

Probably you got "bad" contacts due to the fall.
So the foil of the battery does not make good contact anymore with the connector on the motherboard.
Check some video's on you tube how to disassemble a 720 a like thishttp://m.youtube.com/watch?v=2q1MsC6Y4TQ.
And if you are up to it open your 720 and reconnect the battery.
Or send it for repair.

Clearly, the fall has caused some internal damage to your phone (e.g. the speakers are no longer working and probably one of the connections related to the regulation of battery power might have been affected). It would be best (and safest) for you to take your phone to a service center and have them discover (on they're own) what the problem really is - this is far better than speculation.

If you can do this immediately, the better it would be... since charging a damaged battery (or a battery connected to a damaged circuit) could result in further damage to your phone (e.g. through battery leaks, fires (or explosions), etc.).

Have one more problem. When I turn off him, he won`t turn on. I try everything. High reset too. Sometimes when I pull out microSIM and SIM card, he want to turn on, but after many trying. What can I do about this problem, because he won`t turn on now? Are you have some suggest how to turn it on until I go to servis?

You could try plugging your phone to a charger and allow it to turn on, but there are several risks involved until you take your phone to a service center. One of such risks is the chance of corrupting a component in the phone such as the SIM or even the main drive itself. In extreme cases, some users left their phone plugged in while restarting it, afterwards they were faced with the "Unable to find bootable option" error, to which there is no known solution except to have the phone replaced - this clearly is a far worse scenario.

The more a defective object is tinkered with, the more it will break. Take it to a service center as soon as you can.
