battery life has decreased to 16 hours in my nokia lumia 620

Hi.. I bought my nokia lumia 620 3 weeks ago. since yesterday when i charge it to 100 percent, battery life showing 16 hours.. i tried all the battery saving tips. But battery life getting drains. what i am suppose to do? Please anyone can help me :crying:

Hi and welcome to WPCentral.

I would not consider 16 hours battery life on a smartphone to be bad. I've always charged all of my smartphones every night when I go to bed. I've never gone more than a day without charging.

I know its not bad. But the thing is I bought it brand new three weeks ago and today battery life has decreased to 15 hours. i am worried

Hi Wando O,

That is NOT real battery life... it is based on statistics gathering by OS itself based on your use of phone between last two battery recharge. It is not accurate especially if you charge battery for example when battery was on 50% untill 100% - best accuracy I get when my phone went down to under 10% then charge it up till 100%.
