Battery Light blink : Dell Inspiron 5559 problem

I got another problem 2nd time after upgrading my all software.
Problem is, my lappy's charging Light is goes on blinking without connecting it to charging port.

*In this model, Light only turn on during charging or on battery low.

Need advice esp. from Dell Reseller Asap
