Battery not charging

My battery is not charging. The computer hardware is Win 10, but the computer is originaly from Win 7. It has no light on the cable, because its from Win 7, and the app "Get Help" didn't help. The computer model is Inspiron 1545 fyi.

Try another adapter, as above, as well as cable. Are you able to try another charger too to see if that works, if it doesn't then the hardware is at fault.
