Battery problem

Today I saw my phone's battery is not getting charged properly? It gets charged up to 35% then it is slowly discharging..please help..

Power it off (shut down) with no charger attached. Wait 30 seconds, power on.

Make sure you are using the real Nokia charger.

If still exists, call NokiaCare.
