Battery Saver always shows 0minutes since last charge...

I have AT&T Lumia 830 (RM-983), and it always shows "Time since last charge: 0 minutes". Any ideas?
 
Probably just a bug.

Happens once in a blue moon to me, it'll probably go away once you charge it.
