Battery suck

I just received a replacement device from Verizon and over the last couple of days the battery has sucked. The only things that I did when I got the device was restore the backup it said I had and install the Wellnezted app from the store. I'm not sure if I should get the device replaced again or try a factory reset.

Any ideas?

If it is really bad you could try a factory reset or send it back.

I'm not sure if 40 - 50% drain in 2hrs is bad. That happened yesterday with the phone doing nothing and full LTE bars.

Thats bad. What applications are permitted to run in the background? Every once in a while I have severe battery drain and it has always been linked to something running in the background. The only application that I do not have blocked in background tasks are battery sense and lockmix.

I would block them all, then see if your battery lasts longer. If it does than you will know one of the apps is draining your battery. Good luck..

Here drive + is a battery killer from my experience. My battery life is pretty excellent, I only keep Battery, Chronos Calendar and Weather Flow on as background tasks.

Verizon nav and Here Drive + are the most likely culprits.

Why would you have both Verizon nav and here drive going at the same time anyway?
