BES migrations to ActiveSync

We are looking at moving away from BES 5 over to ActiveSync (Exchange 2010) using the new Lumia devices. After UAT some concerns were raised to which I hope someone knows the answer to.

- Working out whether BB Password Keeper can be exported to a Windows Phone equivalent.
- Finding a solution to the fact that there is no lookup of internal staff mobile numbers or email addresses.

The above are big show stoppers and ideally I'd like a solution at no extra cost. Any help or guidance is greatly appreciated.

I don't know about #1. But for #2, yes, you can look up any contact in the company Global Address book of Exchange using ActiveSync.
