The Call of Duty that you're referring to is an app, not a game. It is related to the games, but not a game in itself.

As for advice...changing the settings like recommended above shouldn't grant access to apps since they are geofenced.

I did this with 2 games Sector Strike and Cold Space that aren't available in Brazil. I changed to USA and installed them.
