To get the deal, you have to trade it in in-store. If you do the online process, you will not get it.

FYI the Surface RT no matter the condition or capacity will give $200 no matter what. The 128GB Pro in perfect condition (basically new) is the only way you'll get $350.

Right? That's what I said. I work at geek squad so as soon as I heard about the trade in, I tried it out with my surface and no matter what condition or capacity I put for the RT, I got $200. I was super salt about that.

I just did the trade in, when she started she said it was only 150.00 but once she started the process she saw the Microsoft offer, I got the 200.00.

Sadly, the offer expired on the 21st. I believe the minimum trade-in is still $150 but you're gonna have to check Best Buy's website to verify.
