Best low-cost USB-Type C to HDMI adapter for NexDock?

I bought this one on Amazon (CableCreation Gold USB 3.1 Type C (USB-C) to HDMI Adapter (DP Alt Mode) )... and found very quickly that it absolutely did not work. This one (Insignia USB Type-C-to-HDMI Adapter White NS-PU369CH-WH - Best Buy) from Best Buy worked great, but cost quite a lot more than I'm willing to spend.

For other NexDock backers, what Type-C adapter are you using?
