Best method to sync my WP7 device?

I have both a desktop running Windows 7 and a MacBook with the new Windows Phone software installed from the Mac App Store.

I hear that you can sync music from iTunes, which is what I use but only my Mac, on to the new WP7 device? Can you browse the WP7 App store from this app on the Mac, does anyone know?

The reason I'm asking is that is it okay to sync a WP7 device with more than one computer?

If you can access all your music on the windows desktop, I would use that for syncing. The reason is that once you do the initial sync, you can do all syncs after wirelessly. It should make it easier to maintain, especially since it's a desktop and (theoretically) always on and always connected.

I don't know anything about Mac syncing though.

Just got it. Syncing via the Mac App from the store. Flawless.
