Best phone to switch to from apple?

So I think I should post this in a different section since I don't think we're getting a windows... Well it's my sister, im on windows and she's on apple and her phone is always slow,glitchy,and laggy. She's thinking about the Galaxy S5, HTC one (M8) etc. What phone do you think would be best? She doesn't really need a great camera, and likes simpler nicer layouts. And no, I cant switch her to WP

Get her HTC one M8. She could also opt for additional cover. I didn't said S5 because of heavy touch wiz UI and it's still a cheap plastic build.

I love WP but my sis is one of those people thats reluctant to try one. She's one of those that looks at the little "NOKIA" part of the top and is like "haha you have a Nokia?!?!?!" so yeah...

Show her a 1520 next to the iphone 5 mate...lol she will then see the difference. Seriously.... Iphone looks like a Fischer price toy next to the 1520

Whatever you want for your sister, please stay away from Samsung... the Touchwiz will make the phone useless in matter of months. Maybe you want to look the Nexus 5 or the Moto G if you want a cleaner UI layout... of course those phones can't beat the WP UI tidy look.

Whatever you do, don't push her into something she doesn't want. She won't like it. If she wants an Android, she'll probably be happy with almost any high end device. The LG G3 is another one she should consider.

HTC ONE W8 is coming out in August, maybe try that. It looks fantastic.

Moto X or Nexus 5. I think someone coming from an iPhone would adapt better to one of those than to a Galaxy or HTC.

Simpler layouts, HTC One M8 definitely. The Nexus 5 is a great contender as well but Google will probably be putting out a new phone within the next couple of months.. The S5 has too many chitter chatter and bloatware.

If Windows Phone is a contender then the Icon. If she can handle the size, the 1520.

To be honest, TouchWiz could've been an amazing Android UI without the bloatware. It sucks they need to install some crappy bloatware and that new WP-like magazine style interface which added to the lag of my Tab.

She saw a LG G3 commercial and I said that phone would be cool too, she liked it also. She's like i want a big screen this time (1520,1520,1520,1520!!!) lol. Still haven't really shown her a HTC one (M8), but get friend has one i think.

I would reccomend the HTC One M8. I used to have a S3, and the feeling of the phone wasn't very good (feel like a toy phone). If she has an iPhone, the first thing she would like to have is a nice build phone. Agree with the others that Samsung puts a lot of bloatware in their phones.

You said that she is not into WP, but if she has an iPhone, WP could be a better transition. The 930 would be perfect for her.
