Best Running/Cycling Apps ???

Do you have the Gold or basic on the website.. is the gold worth it.. I have the pro version, but not sure if I should pay for the gold or not. hate to pay for something that isn't worth it.

I am using the pro version. It does not provide auto pause but it will give you feedback on pace,distance,calories,time,heart rate. Plus it would let you set the intervals for feedback for time and miles.

I used Run The Map for Windows Phone for running and biking for more than 1 year. It's compatible with strava (GPX upload) and has a lot of useful features.

I like endomondo the autopuase issues have nothing to do with the app but are due to the GPS signal. Move fatser and stay in the open as much as you can. I leave it off.

I personally use now TrackStar Running. It has Auto-Pause, speech and a speed-diagram on the startpage. music stops automatically if speech kicks in and then resumes. Its pretty cheap for its amount of features

As already mentioned elsewhere:

Track Runner uses offline maps if you downloaded them before. No internet connection is required for tracking your run. Needless to say you have to allow location tracking and have GPS reception. If you want to make use of the back up feature, you will need a wifi/data connection but this is not required.
