Best Screen Protector?

I bought a screen protector at Verizon and had an employee put it on for me and all was great, until about 2 weeks later when dust got under it and it developed air bubbles. I thought I'd just go without a screen protector because when I try to put them on it always fails miserably and I really don't want to drive to the verizon store everytime I get air bubbles. But now the finger prints and smudging are driving me crazy. So I need a screen protector that is easy to put on and doesn't get air bubbles super fast.
