My wife recently got a Samsung Focus Flash, and she is looking for a Speed Dial application. I am curious as to what does the WPCentral believes is the best Speed Dial App.

If you're calling someone that often, just opening the Phone app and touching the "phone" icon next to the name is pretty fast.
