Ok, So I went to Best Buy (blah) because I didn't want to be that awkward
guy walking into a apple store to buy a case for my surface book lol.
I took my Surface with me and did hardcore testing.
The BEST one all around came out to be the Thule 13" water resistant case for the MacBook.
I added my on quick photos to show how it looks. The Surface fit perfectly!
Not to snug just enough room and it zips properly without snagging or
touching any of the surface corners :) Hopefully this helps anyone who was looking for a case/sleeve.

I wish they'd make a fold over cover type sleeve for the clipboard part. Maybe the back of it could have something that allows the screen to stand on its own.

Thanks for checking this out! Just to add to this thread, the Booq Taipan 13 fits perfectly. It doesn't have the protection the above case has, but it's a nice sleeve option.

I'm quite happy with my incase neoprene sleeve so far (I know... made for THAT other low profile laptop).

Got the WaterField Solo for SurfaceBook and it is perfect. More pricey than what you guys are listing but is really good with great pockets, light weight and carries all accessories.

That link actually starts opening up something called go.skimresources.com instead of amazon

Second WaterField, but bought the SleeveCase.

This one?
Weird. I tried posting a link to amazon and it got modified to open skimresources as well

Looks great! Any room for the Surface Pen in there (or is there a pocket for it?) Where do you put yours?
