Best System cleaner

I cud use some help here,i hav iobit advanced system care on my pc but i hav also heard(a lot) of ccleaner n glary utilities so i wud like to know ur opinion.Which is the best ??

My opinion on iobit asc -
Its easy to use hav been using it frm mnths nvr had a problem with it cleans junk files fixes registry n its toolkit has many tools to hav fun with.The iobit uninstaller has been really handy but i think asc makes my pc slow on startup..Now these wud be some features(exclude slow startup) that i wud like to see if i change so suggest me a cleaner..

I have CCleaner but you really don't need one unless you need to free up storage space, or even to run it frequently for the most part.

I use CCleaner and install on everyone else's computer that I know. (I am their tech support). I use it once a week ago to clean things and also use it after I uninstall a program to clean everything that might be left over.
