Thanks for the replies. Just tried it out and running some of my gameplay from my channel in HD looks better on this screen than on my monitor!

The only problem I have with Metrotube is that I can't watch videos that are flagged for users over 18 only. :eck:

What about Skype? The default app for Skype is pretty horrible too

MetroTube!! And yes, they are in the works of making the app that will take full advantage of WP8. But it still works on it. But you can still turn on the HD option.

And supertube is meh.

will the metrotube play the next song automaticly on your playlist or do you have to choose it from the list manually?

I've done lots of work trying to find a decent player for my Lumia, witch would: allow you to log in ur google account and load the playlists you've made previously from youtube, play the playlist while the phone is in lock -mode and automaticly playing the next song w/o you having to manually select the next song.

I recommend myTube by Ryken App - great interface, slick playback and it has the ability to play only the audio of a youtube video, and it works even when the app is in the background (if you want to listen only to the song in the background instead of loading the video)
