My dad got a pair of them at $500 for LiteCoin mining, along with a kilowatt PSU. Seeing as they're $600+ now, he got a decent deal I guess, plus he's got about $175 in LiteCoin after 3 weeks, and he's hoping they eventually pay for themselves.
