Bike mount for the 1020

Can anyone recommend some decent bike mounts for the 1020 please? I plan on taking it out for some road riding and would like to use it with the Sports Tracker HRM and app.

I have the Satechi Pro Ridemate. With my Speck Candyshell, it is tight, but it just fits inside. This gives me drop protection, waterproof protection, and I can push side buttons and use touch screen. The mount is very secure and rotates and is relatively low profile.
