Bing (India) Servers Down?

Cortana is not working. Says it is not connected to the internet.

Opening Bing from the desktop opens up a Chinese (or something like that) page. Changing the region settings are not working.

Either a huge revamp is up in the line , or Bing is hacked. Or maybe supporting Chinese in Cortana has resulted into this xD

Chinese..!! Hopefully they'll surprise us with Cortana Beta for India.. -_- Being hopefull is never bad.. It's total mystery.


Edit : Saw just now. It seems Bing has surely been hacked. Any chinese reader who could translate what's written.
