Bing Weather App Live Tile Update

On my second unit because Dell advise me to return the first on from the problems I was having. But I have noticed on both of them the Bing Weather App live tile will not show/update anything on the start screen. I have reinstalled, turned tile on and off, etc. Anyone else have the issue and were you able to get it resolved?

Bing weather is unreliable on 8.1, have the same issue with a buggy live tile. Just make sure it has permission to run in the background and notifications and live tiles are on, have to wait for a fix for it to work properly.
