black screen on lumia 640xl after latest guild updated. tried hared resetting thrice...but no luck,,,,plz help

Just for confirmation : when you turn on your Lumia 640 XL, it displays a black screen, like if it was turn off ?

If hard resets didn't help, I think we may need to use the WDRT, although make sure the phone has power.

Go to All Settings–>System–>Battery Saver.
Tap on Battery use
Choose Windows Default Lock Screen App to Always Run Background

As @Mohammed Ahmed18 is not clear in his OP, we try (for me, in any case) to determine if his Lumia 640 XL boots normally or not. This is the first thing to know before advise anything.
