Black update lumia 620

In the Settings Menu>Phone Update> "Tell me when updates are available for my phone" is disappeared. That's normal or it's a bug?

The size of the update is around 180mb

And for installation it says you need to have something close to 900 MB, just to be safe, free up 1-1.5GB of space

its available OTA. There's no need to flash it. Flashing would probably result in loss of data, but found an OTA update will not cause loss of data.
