bro .... if u have gdr3 preview you will get all the features except double tap feature !!!

A question: If I update my phone to GDR3, will I be able to update to Black without doing a full wipe of my phone data? I had the Amber version of Germany and then I switched it to the spanish version, loosing all the apps, data, etc. I really do not want to repeat this process again.

No , it's completely safe. You will get all the future updates from both Microsoft and Nokia

u r just updating to gdr3 via OTA so no loss you shud hav a dev account to get the preview

He was not talking bull, Black launched that day in UAE and other regions. I got it for my 620 that day.
