black update screwed the scrolling experience

Hi, yesterday I installed the black update on my L620 after months of using GDR3 dev, and honestly i regret it. the touchscreen is no more working properly :s the scrolling now feels like the old symbian phone (5800) lol.
am I the only one who's having this problem?

You should try a soft reset by holding volume down +lock button until your phone vibrates , restart itself , if this does not solve , try hard / factory reset , backup all your imp data before doing a hard reset.
