I wish I had even slight love for iOS and even without upgrade I would have done that. Sell both WPs and my XL and get 4S. But the thought of holding an iOS device creeps me out!

I have all makes and models. Google Nexus 5 **My personal favorite** Windows Phone 8 Lumia 521, Blackberry 9900, and an Iphone 5s. All around get an Android powered phone, but between Blackberry and Windows Phone, Windows has more apps when you use Windows Market, but now Blackberry with Blackberry 10 has the option to use Google Play apps which has endless free apps. Your call. Windows 521 is ok, but no flash, the Blackberry 9900 has flash and the key-pad is timeless. Just depends what you want.

Just depends. You want Apps get the Windows Phone, but if you can use the apps from Google Play on the BB i'd get the Blackberry.
