was laoding updates when ativ was knocked to floor .. battery came out put back ..phone switches on but blankscreen people can ring etc but nothing on screen no sound either ... HELP !!!!!!!! please ..

I would call Samsung support and see if they can help. Typically if a device gets powered off during a update bad things follow.
