Blocked phone numbers

My Lumina 635 had the ability to block phone numbers.
Anyone point me towards that capability on the BLU (using dual sim on ATT) ?

From the phone app, swipe over to your history... Tap and hold over a number and "block" should appear.

Also, while on the "history" page, you can hit the "..." And select "blocked calls" to view the list of numbers that are blocked.

OK.... I don't have a SIM in my BLU right now, but no such option comes up inside Phone > history > long tap.

And there is no call + SMS filter in Settings. I don't think BLU added that feature to the firmware.

Yeah, looks like you may be right... I guess it is a Lumia thing... Hopefully they will add it as stock in win 10 mobile.
