blocking in app purchases on lumia 822

I thought it was possible to block in app purchases on the lumia 822 with a setting change but if so, I can't find it. Is there some simple, obvious, way to do this that I'm just missing? Thanks.

Under wallet you can set a pin for store app purchases.
