The Microsoft Store in Canada has silently released the BLU WinHD | Windows Phone Canada

The new Windows Phone has been released and is available for purchase. It will be open on display with the Lumia 830 next week!

Handy mid-range device. Love the colours. Alas, doesn't work on WIND and its specs are a slight downgrade from my ATIV S. Glad to see Microsoft actually carrying it, though. Should interest more than a few buyers.

Darn would be a great device for one of my parents but they're on Wind! When is it due out? Still not online, yet. I'll wonder down to the MS Store sometime this week and look.

I have read online that the Blu phones only work on Rogers/Fido (not Telus/Bell/Virgin etc). Can anyone confirm this? I've started a thread here: http://forums.windowscentral.com/bl...u-win-hd-jr-telus-bell-virgin-etc-canada.html
