Bluetooth devices connected to different PCs

Hi all

I have a bluetooth mouse and keyboard and my question is: how do I easily switch from being connected to one PC to another?

Ex. my mouse and keyboard are both paired, connected and working with my laptop. Now I want to switch to my desktop. The mouse and keyboard are already paired with my desktop. But how do get them to reconnect? Can't I have my mouse and keyboard connected to more than one PC at a time?

Its a MS 3600 mouse and a ThinkPad Compact Bluetooth Keyboard with TrackPoint if that makes a difference.
