Bluetooth Disappearing from phone

I've had this happen a couple of times now. I'll open the MS Health app, and it'll say unable to find my MS Band. Then if I look in the phone's settings, I'll see that Bluetooth is not working (nothing shows connected, and trying to connect doesn't work. Restarting the phone brings it right back, but I was just wondering if anyone else has noticed this with the One m8.
