Bluetooth not working well with Windows on Mac

Recently Installed windows 10 on my mac. Trying to pair different Bluetooth devices (AirPods, QC 35’s) and the audio seems to work for around 20 seconds and then cuts out. I have to pause the video and replay for the audio to only do the same thing again.

Any suggestions ?

I’ve also updated the Mac OS and Windows OS
