Bluetooth turns off on soft reset after GDR3

Since HTC pushed out the GDR3 Update for my 8XT whenever I do a soft reset the Bluetooth turns off. Is this common on all makes?

No, Apple have the opposite problem. Since iOS 7, every time there is a software update, Bluetooth gets switched on.
