Boots to APN Screen.

Hello. My phone boots to " Settings -> access point ". Its not a major issue but its irritating. I did a soft reset and the issue still persists. Does anyone else experience this issue?

Has this always happened, or is it something that just started?

If it is something new, what changed since it started? Are you running a different OS? Did you install any new apps?

This started happening about a week or two ago. But ever since gdr2 or the amber update this phone had problems rolling out left and right. Kinda makes me want to get a different windows phone. But maybe gdr 3 will fix some things, really riding on that hope.
