bose soundlink not found?

Hello!

I'm trying too bluetooth my bose soundlink speaker to 640. However, the speaker keeps saying, mobile device not found. 640 Bluetooth is on.

please help!

same issue here.

Apparently, windows phone users are experiencing issues while trying to connect their phone to the speaker. That's what I read on a french forum anyway.

I couldn't find any other info so far
