Bought this device but I have a couple of questions

I bought this telephone and it is pretty good. It has the most powerful hardware I know and an amazing screen.
Unfortunately my device has a couple of problems. Firstly it gets really warm and hard to keep in hands. I never seen a telephone get so warm.

And sometimes it takes a while to charge, 3 or 4 hours. Another problem is the side buttons. They hang and giggle when I talk.

Is this normal for a device that costs 600 dolars? Should I bring it to warranty?

This are known issues. About charging 3-4 hours i also have it. Lumia 920 charges in 1 hour but the 930 in 4 hours and i dont know why...
