It's not even been a week since I snagged a brand new & SIM free cyan 640 XL on eBay for ?95. It had a blemish on the screen (a feint but visible vertical line) and the seller agreed to a partial refund of ?40 due to this... and then for a measly ?30 on eBay, I've just found a brand new and sealed (Voda UK locked) 640 LTE, black! Naturally I snapped it up; it'd be rude not to!
Such bargains are everywhere, so I encourage you to hunt them down. Now, next step:
~ How/where can I unlock this phone (SIM unlock) for free? Most likely that's a fantasy, LOL. I don't mind paying ?5-10.
[EDIT]
I have found that Vodafone (UK, at least) now unlock ALL their phones free, when you request it:

This makes my smile EVEN BIGGER, because I cannot stand that terrible network.
~ Is this a good price? (semi-rhetorical Q)
This will do lovely for Win 10 Beta testing.
