Brand new Lumia won't download any apps from store and do update of apps?

[Windows Central Question]

Few days ago i bought brand new Limia 550 and it wont let me download any apps from store. It just shows pending and thats it. Also, i couldnt add new contacts, i did hard reset, now contacts are okay, but with apps i still have the same problem.
What should i do???
