Brand new nokia lumia camera issue

I purchased a nokia lumia 620 a few days ago. There is an issue when taking images - there is a black edge on the images. (see below). I would appreciate any input on how to resolve this as i am new to smartphones.

aspect ratio default 16:9

Were this photos took with the standard app? Have you peeled the plastic that covers the camera?

Peeling the plastic cover was the first thing that I did when I got the phone. The phots were taken direct from camera. No app used, I held in the camera button on the side of the phone

Its common issue to nearly every camera phone having flash... if you take the image without flash there wont be those black borders... Those come because of adjustments of focus and light for capturing the image.. Lumia does it better as compared to other phones may be new update will decrease them...
