Wow 8.1 in May would be a giant disappointment I assumed it would be early April. Damn progress is slow as hell, and given the article about the Samsung Ativ SE not having 8.1 I'm beginning to believe this date is true.

Yeah.... No. The 1520 will NOT lose 3 tiles. I can verify that 4.5+ phones will get the option for 3 tiles. I have not had a chance to get my HTC 8x loaded.

He was talking about the Lumia 520. The option would be nice, but I don't know how three columns would be useful on a 4 inch screen.

Now that I think of it, I'm sure there are people who want three columns AND customisable background on their phones. Which would look hilarious on the 520.

actually it was announced today on an Iranian website, which I trust, although im not from around, that the 1520 will gain even more tiles, which will make it 4 medium sized tiles in a row, and a new tile size of (2 medium vertical X 4 medium horizontal) that can play videos.

i have L625 having 4.7" screen but because of resolution it may not get .
