Browser always reloads on opening?

Everytime I open IE, it appears to refresh. However, the actual data from the webpage is never refreshed. Its a waste of time and battery.

Is this a bug, a setting or how 8.1 is behaving at the moment? Haven't seen anyone mention it yet, figuring it's a bug?

No, I have a 1020. That was a good thought though.

I'm even noticing the reloading from just switching tabs. :S

So I take it this isn't normal behavior? Might have to reset, with a couple of the minor bugs I have.

Actually, I think it may be normal, I see it on my 920
